Songwriter: Camila Cabello

[Verse 1]
In a New York taxi cab
With an English man
I've never been kissed like that
So come on, kiss me again
And I felt your heartbeat
Driving down Charlotte Street for the first time
Now we're slow dancing in your kitchen
How time's passed by

[Pre-Chorus]
We ran out of time again tonight
Happens like this every time
So what are you doin' for the rest of your life?

[Chorus]
Baby, keep kissing me softly
Holding me, whispering quietly
Darling, I think that this might be the greatest love story
That's never been, never been, never been, never been easy
It's a new feeling I'm finding
Where the hell have you been hiding?
We'll tell the moon when we're old
The greatest love story that's never been told

[Verse 2]
Now we're walking hand-in-hand
In an English town
Gonna meet your momma and dad
And I'm nervous now
Now I'm in your home
Eating Sunday roast
And I say the wrong thing
Then you catch my eye, give me a smile
Say you fit right in

[Pre-Chorus]
We ran out of time again tonight
Happens like this every time
So what are you doin' for the rest of your life?

[Chorus]
Baby, keep kissing me softly
Holding me, whispering quietly
Darling, I think that this might be the greatest love story
That's never been, never been, never been, never been easy
It's a new feeling I'm finding
Where the hell have you been hiding?
We'll tell the moon when we're old
The greatest love story that's never been told

[Bridge]
Funny how no one knows all of our inside jokes
You know my demons by name, I know your beautiful soul
All of the secret we keep, you know that I'll never leave

[Chorus]
So just keep kissing me softly
Holding me, whispering quietly
Darling, I think that this might be the greatest love story
That's never been told
Never been easy
It's a new feeling I'm finding
Where the hell have you been hiding?
We'll tell the moon when we're old
The greatest love story that's never been told

[Outro]
And yet, there's still so much left to unfold
The greatest love story that's never been told

Camila Cabello

Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao is a Cuban-American singer born on March 3, 1997, in Cojímar, Havana, Cuba. For the first five years of her life, Cabello lived in Cuba and Mexico before relocating to Miami, Florida. Cabello dropped out of her 2012/13 high school year to pursue a career in singing (although she did receive her diploma). For her quinceanera, Camila asked her parents to drive her to North Carolina, so she could audition for the second season of The X Factor US. Barely making it into the competition, she was granted an “alternate” role who was only able to audition if they had time. Eventually, she along with Dinah Jane Hansen, Ally Brooke Hernandez, Lauren Jauregui and Normani Kordei were tapped to form multi-platinum girl group, Fifth Harmony. The collective released many chart-toppers with the highest being “Work From Home” peaking at number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100.

During this time, Cabello collaborated with Canadian artist Shawn Mendes on “I Know What You Did Last Summer,” as well as American rapper Machine Gun Kelly on “Bad Things,” which peaked at number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100.

She remained part of the group until the 19th of December 2016, where the four remaining members announced via their official Twitter account that Camila had decided to leave the group to pursue a solo career. Camila then confirmed this by posting a statement on her Twitter account.
