Pretty baby, lovely lady
Pretty baby, lovely lady

Pretty baby, let your feelin's show
Lovely lady, got to let it go
Pretty baby, let your feelin’s show
Lovely lady, got to let it go

The fever, girl, has come over me
When you're near, I lose control
I break out in a sweat
Knowin' that you’re the best
Love fever's touched my soul

Pretty baby, whoo, lovely lady, ow...
Pretty baby, oh, lovely lady
(Oh, you're such a lovely lady, baby)

Whoa-oh-oh...
When you smile, when you dance, when you're lovin'
Whoa-oh-oh...
When you smile, when you dance

Pretty baby, lovely lady
Pretty baby, lovely lady

Pretty baby, let your feelin's show
Lovely lady, got to let it go
Pretty baby, let your feelin's show
Lovely lady, got to let it go

Well, I swear by now that it's understood
You’re the best of cream of womanhood
And I know by now that you understand
That I’m your lover, your guy, that I'm your man
And you’re my...

Pretty baby, ow, lovely lady, ooh...
Pretty baby, lovely lady
(Such a beautiful lady, yeah)

Whoa-oh-oh...
When you smile, when you dance, when you're lovin'
Whoa-oh-oh...
When you smile, when you dance

Pretty baby, oh, lovely lady, ow, ooh...
Pretty baby, oh, lovely lady
(Oh, you're such a lovely lady, baby)

Ooh, you’re so lovely, baby
(Pretty baby, oh, lovely lady)
Ooh, you're such a lovely lady
Oh, pretty baby, baby
(Pretty baby, oh, lovely lady)
It makes me feel so nice

Whoa-oh-oh...
When you smile, when you dance, when you're lovin'
Whoa-oh-oh...
When we smile, when we dance

Pretty baby, lovely lady
(Oh, baby, yes, you are so lovely, ooh, yeah)
Pretty baby, lovely lady
(Whoa, and I love you)
Pretty baby, lovely lady
(Such a lovely girl, oh, yes, you are)
Pretty baby, lovely lady
(Yeah, yeah, whoo, listen, baby)
(Gotta tell you, you see)

(Pretty baby, lovely lady)
You are my, my baby
You are my pretty baby
(Pretty baby, lovely lady)
You are my, my lady
You are my, you are my love
(Pretty baby, lovely lady)
Ooh, my love, whoo!
And I love you so
(Pretty baby, lovely lady)
Pretty baby, I'll never let you go
No, never, never let you go...

Kool & the Gang

Kool & the Gang is an American jazz, R&B, soul, funk, and disco group from Jersey City. They were originally named the Jazziacs when they formed the group in 1964.

They went through several musical phases during their recording career, starting out with a purist jazz sound, then funk and R&B, progressing to a smooth pop-funk ensemble, and in the post-millennium creating music with a modern, electro-pop sound.

The group was becoming prominent in the music industry in the 1970s with hits such as “Holly Wood Swinging”, “Jungle Boogie” and “Summer Madness”. However they cemented their legendary status after the addition of lead vocalist James “J.T.” Taylor. With his help they went on to create classic hits such as “Ladies Night”, “Celebration”, “Get Down On It”, “Cherish” and countless others.
