Why does the sun kiss the earth every morning?
Why does the wind comb the leaves of trees?
And why do our hearts keep on reaching for each other?
That's love and that's the way it should be
Think it over

Think it over
Think it over
Think it over, oh, yeah
Just think it over
Think it over
Think it over

Why does the sun kiss the earth every morning?
Why does the wind comb the leaves of trees?
And why do our hearts keep on reaching for each other?
Is it love or faith or the way it should be?

Think it over, thinkin'
Think it over, thinkin' 'bout it
Think it over, well, every single day
Just think it over, thinkin'
Think it over, think about it
Think it over, oh, yeah

Don't let your past emotions
And feelings keep you holding back
You need love like I do
(Just like I do)
So open up and let me in
Baby, let this love begin
We will have the greatest love of all time

Think it over, thinkin'
Think it over, thinkin'
Think it over, oh, each and every day
Just think it over, think about it
Think it over, in your mind, baby
Think it over

Why does the light always follow the darkness?
Why does the calm always follow the storm?
And why do our hearts keep on reaching for each other?
Is it love or faith or the way it should be?

Think it over, thinkin'
Think it over, thinkin'
Think it over, well, each and every day
Just think it over, think about it
Think it over, think about it
Think it over, oh, yeah

Think it over, thinkin'
Think it over, just thinkin'
Think it over, well, each and every day
Just think it over, think about it
Think it over, think it over
Think it over, and you will see, yeah

Don't let your past emotions
And feelings keep you holding back
You need love like I do
(Just like I do)
So open up and let me in
Baby, let this love begin
We will have the greatest love of all time

Think it over, thinkin'
Think it over, think about it
Think it over, just feel it in your mind, baby
Just think it over, you should be
Think it over, think about it
Think it over, thinking about you're mine

Think it over
Think it over, you should
Think it over, just feel it in your mind
Just think it over
Think it over
Think it over, just keep on thinkin' over, baby

Think it over, in your mind
Think it over, in your heart, baby
Think it over, and don't you waste no time
Just think it over, just think about it
Think it over, think about it
Think it over, if you feel it in your heart...

Kool & the Gang

Kool & the Gang is an American jazz, R&B, soul, funk, and disco group from Jersey City. They were originally named the Jazziacs when they formed the group in 1964.

They went through several musical phases during their recording career, starting out with a purist jazz sound, then funk and R&B, progressing to a smooth pop-funk ensemble, and in the post-millennium creating music with a modern, electro-pop sound.

The group was becoming prominent in the music industry in the 1970s with hits such as “Holly Wood Swinging”, “Jungle Boogie” and “Summer Madness”. However they cemented their legendary status after the addition of lead vocalist James “J.T.” Taylor. With his help they went on to create classic hits such as “Ladies Night”, “Celebration”, “Get Down On It”, “Cherish” and countless others.
