I Love This House
[Verse 1]
Cracks in the pavement, cracks in the road
Cracks in the ceiling where the bathtube overflowed
Overflowed
Holes in the gutters, holes in the slate
Holes in the carpet, but i won't evacuate

[Chorus]
I love this house, it's where i'll stay
Eat and sleep the night and day
I love this house, it's where i'll be
For you to spend some time with me
I love this house

[Verse 2]
Damp in the basement, damp in the hall
Damp in the living room that's climbing up the wall
Up the wall
Rust in the drainpipe, rust in the spout
Rust in the radiators still won't get me out

[Chorus]
I love this house, it's where i'll stay
Eat and sleep the night and day
I love this house, it's where I'll be
For you to spend some time with me
I love this house

[Bridge]
Hot in the summer
Rattling windows, teeth and knees
Perfect place for cat and mouse
But never mind, I love this house
Ow!

[Verse 1]
Cracks in the pavement, cracks in the road
Cracks in the ceiling where the bathtub overflowed
Holes in the gutters, holes in the slate
Holes in the carpet, but I won't evacuate

[Chorus]
I love this house, it's where i'll stay
To eat and sleep the night and day
I love this house, it's where i'll be
For you to spend some time with me
I love this house

Paul McCartney

Sir James Paul McCartney, born June 18, 1942, is the single most successful music artist of all time. He found worldwide fame as the bass player and vocalist for The Beatles, and has continued to enjoy commercial success long after the band’s breakup.

His post-Beatles projects—the most lucrative of which was the band Wings, alongside then-wife Linda Eastman—have been met with mixed critical reception but he still retains a substantial public following, regularly conducting worldwide arena tours well into his later years.

His album sales with The Beatles, Wings and solo endeavours combined come to over 100 million, and his net worth was estimated to be approximately $1.2 billion circa 2018. He was knighted in 1997 and is known for his activism.
