I'm happy so, happy so, happy this time of year
I'm happy so, happy so, happy you'll disappear

I locked the door when I feeling out of it
I run for the shore but I hear the shower drip
Happy so, happy so, there's no one here

There's one born every day
I had it in my hands but I threw it away
I said "I don't need yesterday, like you"

I'm happy so, happy so, happy inside my cage
I'm happy to act my shoe size not my age
I kicked down the door and I reach for the power drill
Prick holes in the wall better get my happy pills
Happy so, happy so, happy to be in rage

Thеre's one born evеry day
I had it in my hands but I threw it away
I said "I don't need yesterday, like you"
Ooh

There's one born every day (everyday)
I had it in my hands but I threw it away
I said "I don't need yesterday, like you"

I said, "There's one born everyday (everyday)
I had it in my hands but I, threw it away

There's one born every day
I had it in my hands but I threw it away
I said "I don't need yesterday, like you"

There's one born every day (everyday)
I had it in my hands but I threw it away
I said "I don't need yesterday, like you"

Did you ask her?...
Did you ask her?... yeah, yeah
I don't need it like you...

Shakespears Sister

Shakespear’s Sister is a pop-rock duo formed in 1988 by Siobhan Fahey, who left Bananarama after disagreements with the musical direction the band was going. The band was originally intended to be Fahey’s solo project, but immediately became a duo after she recruited American singer Marcella Detroit (aka Marcy Levy).
