[Verse 1]
Sometimes I wonder if I make myself too unavailable
Been with less people than you could count legs on an end table
What can I say? I'm loyal
Sometimes it hurts to be loyal
Sometimes I think I'm missing out on things I'm supposed to go through
Guess that sacrifice is when you trying to take over at 22
I'm so focused, I'm focused, I'm so focused, I'm focused
Maybe that's a mistake, maybe it's a blessing
'Cause people out here are snakes and my time is wasting

[Verse 2]
I'm not stopping, I'm not falling, got no time slow up
Selling shows out on my own
Yeah, I'm about to blow up
So many plans, so much to do
But in that bed, rockin' "svu svu"
Got so much time to settle down
But it'd be nice to mess around

[Chorus]
Ooh
Just the way I like you
Ooh
Just the way I like you

[Interlude 1]
You know, you know, you know
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

[Bridge]
But it feels nice, sometimes sweet
When you kissin' on my spine
Fuckin' me deep, deep, deep
We can be angels
When you're pushin' off me
Weavin' me hanging
Inside our sheets

[Interlude 2]
You know, you know, you know, yeah
You know, you know, you know, you know, you know

[Chorus]
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh
Just the way I like you

[Outro]

Tinashe

Tinashe Jorgenson Kachingwe, known mononymously as Tinashe, is an American singer-songwriter, actress, dancer, and former model born in Lexington, Kentucky and raised in Los Angeles, California.

Born on February 6, 1993, her rise to fame began with her acting on shows such as Two and a Half Men. Initially making her debut in the music industry via the short-lived girl group The Stunners—which also featured Hayley Kiyoko—she garnered attention from online music blogs with her 2012 mixtape, In Case We Die. Signing with RCA Records shortly after, she released two further mixtapes later that year and in 2013: Reverie and Black Water respectively. “2 On” was released in January 2014 as the lead single from her debut album, Aquarius, and remains her biggest solo single to date. Released in October that year, the album was praised by critics for its merging of old-school R&B sounds and fresh 2010s trends. The follow-up was subjected to much-criticised although “Player” was billed as the collection’s lead single as early as October 2015, songs released from the project failed to reach the label’s expectations, resulting in the release of an album’s worth of outtakes from the album, Nightride, in November 2016. Joyride was finally released on April 13: it features the singles “No Drama”, “Faded Love” and “Me So Bad”.

On February 18, 2019, Tinashe parted ways with her longtime record label RCA. By November that year, she inked a new management deal with Roc Nation and self-released Songs for You, her fourth studio album.
