[Pre-Hook]
What if I told you I was true?
And 'bout it, 'bout it too
If I told you that I could do it better
What if I told you I was trill?
Way doper than a pill
What if I told you that you need to forget her?

[Hook]
Tell me about the little things, the little things
That I know I could do (better)
The little things, the little things
That I know I could do
The little things, the little things
That I know I could do (better)
The little things, the little things
That I know I could do

[Verse 1]
We can keep it on the low
No need to take it slow
I'm a real one, ain't tellin' no one
I'm going down you down to go?
Where you gonna be?
And where you wanna be
You got a thing on me
We can have fun
I ain't tellin' no one
Trust me wait and see

[Bridge]
You want this?
Get up, get up
I keep it better, better
All that was with us, with us
You a fly ass nigga, nigga

[Pre-Hook] + [Hook]

[Verse 2]
Real niggas do real things
So I am with the games
We can get down
Make the haters sit down
Until it ain't gon' change
You love the things I do
And how I ride it too
I never quit now
Nigga hear this shit now
I always keep it cool

[Bridge] + [Pre-Hook] + [Hook]

Tinashe

Tinashe Jorgenson Kachingwe, known mononymously as Tinashe, is an American singer-songwriter, actress, dancer, and former model born in Lexington, Kentucky and raised in Los Angeles, California.

Born on February 6, 1993, her rise to fame began with her acting on shows such as Two and a Half Men. Initially making her debut in the music industry via the short-lived girl group The Stunners—which also featured Hayley Kiyoko—she garnered attention from online music blogs with her 2012 mixtape, In Case We Die. Signing with RCA Records shortly after, she released two further mixtapes later that year and in 2013: Reverie and Black Water respectively. “2 On” was released in January 2014 as the lead single from her debut album, Aquarius, and remains her biggest solo single to date. Released in October that year, the album was praised by critics for its merging of old-school R&B sounds and fresh 2010s trends. The follow-up was subjected to much-criticised although “Player” was billed as the collection’s lead single as early as October 2015, songs released from the project failed to reach the label’s expectations, resulting in the release of an album’s worth of outtakes from the album, Nightride, in November 2016. Joyride was finally released on April 13: it features the singles “No Drama”, “Faded Love” and “Me So Bad”.

On February 18, 2019, Tinashe parted ways with her longtime record label RCA. By November that year, she inked a new management deal with Roc Nation and self-released Songs for You, her fourth studio album.
