Hangul

[Verse 1: Jessi]

[Bridge: Jessi]

[Hook: Jessi]

[Verse 2: Year of the OX]
It's been a long road
Still not at the top yet
Nah not yet
Still lots to accomplish
It's been a little bit
More than a 산책
We did it the way
That we wanted
And disregarded
What the signs said
I don't know
Where this path leads
But I just, know that
This is, me
So put this on repeat
And get lost in ya thoughts
And remember the road to your dreams
Is never a walk in the park

[Bridge: Jessi]

[Hook: Jessi]

[Verse 3: Year if the OX]
Remember when this wasn’t real?
When we were just dreaming it still?
Imaginary concerts
With the comb as the mic
Just to see how it feel?
Living my life as a thrill
There is no stopping me now
What are you talking about?
It’s hard to hear you
When i’m walking it out
Damn they don’t know me at all
It’s not their fault though
But check the outro
They just me winning
They just see me get it
They just see the image
They don’t really get it
I don’t need a critic
Talking about my bidness
They don’t know my struggle
Or the way i did it

[Hook: Jessi]

[Outro: Jessi]
Yeah,

Jessi (제시), also known as Jessica H.O, is an American female artist specializing in the rap genre. She is based in South Korea and has participated in popular Korean TV shows, such as, Unpretty Rapstar and High School Rapper.

She released her first album Get Up in 2005, performing the main song on the television program Music Bank. Her second project titled The Rebirth was released in January 2009—after this release, she took a break from the music and left Korea to return to America.

In 2014, after a 5-year hiatus, Jessi returned as a member of the hip-hop trio Lucky J with rapper J'Kyun and vocalist JERO—also known as J-Yo. The group debuted with the digital single “Can You Hear Me” under YMC Entertainment in July of that year, soon to be disbanded as a team due to J-Yo wanting to make a solo debut himself.
