Songwriter: blackbear

Producer: MOD SUN DJ That

[Verse 1]
Gold hair shinin' in the sun in the back of a Cadillac
Ripped jeans pullin' you tight
"How Does It Feel" by D'Angelo playin' on the radio
Glass cold, gripped in your hand
And a bottle of Cogniac
Up late, howlin' at the moon in the heart of Los Angeles

[Chorus]
(Oh) Yeah
I wonder who is gonna love you
I wonder who is gonna love you
If it ain't me
If it ain't me
If it ain't me
(I wonder who is gonna love you)

[Verse 2]
I fall in love the more you ignore me
Conversation gets stale, conversation gets boring
Missed calls, and unread texts
But none of them are important, none of them are from you

[Chorus]
(Oh) Yeah
I wonder who is gonna love you
I wonder who is gonna love you
(If- if- if-) If it ain't me

[Bridge]
Tattoos fadin' in the sun in the back of a Cadillac
Up late, high on cocaine in the heart of Los Angeles
And I wonder, and I wonder
Who you're under
Does he do it like me
He don't do it like me

[Chorus]
(Oh) Yeah
I wonder who is gonna love you
I wonder who is gonna love you
If it ain't me
If it ain't me
If it ain't me
I wonder who is gonna love you
If it ain't me

[Outro]
In the heart of Los Angeles
My heart is lost, my heart is lost
In the heart of Los Angeles
My heart is lost, my heart is lost
In the heart of Los Angeles
My heart is lost, my heart is lost
In the heart of Los Angeles
My heart is lost, my heart is lost

blackbear

blackbear is the stage name of LA-based producer and singer-songwriter Mat Musto, popularly known for co-writing Justin Bieber’s “Boyfriend,” in 2012. Some of his first collaborations were with the likes of Pharrell Williams, MGK, and Childish Gambino. Later, Musto reinvented himself—he coined the name blackbear from a previous EP titled Year of the Blackbear. Under his new name, he started leaning more towards rapping and an R&B-oriented style.

His first mixtape Sex included collaborations with his peers James Blake, Maejor Ali, and “Boyfriend” co-writer Mike Posner. The Afterglow followed in 2014.

In 2015, blackbear released “idfc,” as the lead single from his debut album Deadroses. It increased his fan following and revenue, earning him millions of playback streams and a spot on Billboard’s Uncharted List of Undiscovered and Upcoming Artists. The second single, “90210,” included a feature from G-Eazy—blackbear made an appearance in his 2014 track, “Remember You.”
