(Joan Jett/Kenny Laguna/Ricky Byrd)

When the fightin' started you turned your head
You left me stranded like I was dead
You run for cover when the
Heat is on
Show your colors
Now you're gone

Had enough
Had enough of you
You ain't for me
Had enough I've had enough of you

You show no passion you show no class
It's time for me to move my ass
You rain storm cloud
You ain't no friend
Don't wanna see your face again

Had enough
Had enough of you
You ain't for me
Had enough I've had enough of you

The drama's over
I just wanna say
You're gonna want me back someday
But don't come askin' for
One more time
You had your chance
Now I want mine

Had enough had enough of you
You ain't for me
Had enough had enough of you
You ain't for me

Had enough
Had enough of you
You ain't for me
Had enough I've had enough of you

Joan Jett & The Blackhearts

After splitting with The Runaways, and releasing her first solo album, Joan Jett placed an ad in LA Weekly looking for bandmates. Gary Ryan, Eric Ambel, and Danny “Furious” O'Brien joined her, creating the orginial Blackhearts lineup.

After their initial tour though, O'Brien was replaced with Lee Crystal.

Early on, keeping the band afloat was not easy. Joan and producer Kenny Laguna struggled, sometimes selling copies of albums from the trunk of his car. Eventually unable to keep up with the demand for Joan Jett’s album, they signed with Boardwalk Records.
