[Chorus]
That one really got me where it hurt
Hit me hard, put me face down in the dirt
I never ever felt this pain inside before
Her eyes seem to show me to the door
Even when she knew I wanted more
I could've should've ended as denied

[Verse 1]
But I'm not gonna lie I didn't want to be free
But she's staring at him and done looking at me
And I know that I know that she's made me come undone
I'm dead tired of getting down on my knees
And she promises me that I'm all that she sees
And she heads for the door to the place where she will run
To the arms of that one

[Chorus]
That one really hit below the belt
I didn't get it then, but I got dealt
I never knew that love could be denied before
I guess I learned the dark side of the flirt
Guess I'm just a sucker for a skirt
Guess I always thought that she was mine

[Verse 2]
And I'm not gonna lie I never wanted to see
She's staring at him and done looking at me
And I know that I know that she's made me come undone
I'm dead tired of getting down on my knees
And she promises me that I'm all that she sees
And she heads for the door to the place where she will run
To the arms of that one

[Verse 3]
That one really nailed me to the floor
Now I know what I won't be looking for
Another pretty face where I'm just next in line

[Verse 4]
But I'm not gonna lie I didn't want to be free
But she's staring at him and done looking at me
And I know that I know that she's made me come undone
I'm dead tired of getting down on my knees
And she promises me that I'm all that she sees
And she heads for the door to the place where she will run
And she cuts through the chase and I'm left with damage done
And I'm offered to race as a new life has begun
In the arms of that one
To the arms of that one
