[Intro]
Yeah, yeah

[Pre-Chorus]
Whatever will I do, whatever will I say
When you ain't around no more to make everything okay?
Wherever will you go?
Wherever it is, I hope you find what it is you wanted
You always know I got love for you
You really 'bout your Benjamins
I can't trust nobody but you
The only one question is

[Chorus]
What am I gonna do the day that my drug dealer moves away?
Whatever am I gonna say to my new plug? It just ain't the same
What am I gonna do the day that my drug dealer moves away?
Whatever am I gonna say to my new plug? It just ain't the same

[Verse]
You drive a Prius and you have an Uber sign
You must drive Uber on the side
I never really got that deep to ask about you personally
Sometimes you bring your girl along
You drop the bag and ask me how my weekend was
I love that, though
You laugh when I make stupid jokes
And when I went to rehab, you didn't judge me that bad
I struggle with addiction probs, you always got my back

It just ain't the same
What am I gonna do the day that my drug dealer moves away?
Whatever am I gonna say to my new plug? It just ain't the same
What am I gonna do the day that my drug dealer moves away?
Whatever am I gonna say to my new plug? It just ain't the same

[Outro]
Ain't the same, ain't the same
Ain't the same, ain't the same
Ain't the same, ain't the same
Same

blackbear

blackbear is the stage name of LA-based producer and singer-songwriter Mat Musto, popularly known for co-writing Justin Bieber’s “Boyfriend,” in 2012. Some of his first collaborations were with the likes of Pharrell Williams, MGK, and Childish Gambino. Later, Musto reinvented himself—he coined the name blackbear from a previous EP titled Year of the Blackbear. Under his new name, he started leaning more towards rapping and an R&B-oriented style.

His first mixtape Sex included collaborations with his peers James Blake, Maejor Ali, and “Boyfriend” co-writer Mike Posner. The Afterglow followed in 2014.

In 2015, blackbear released “idfc,” as the lead single from his debut album Deadroses. It increased his fan following and revenue, earning him millions of playback streams and a spot on Billboard’s Uncharted List of Undiscovered and Upcoming Artists. The second single, “90210,” included a feature from G-Eazy—blackbear made an appearance in his 2014 track, “Remember You.”
