Yeah, we were hanging around
She showed me the town
She grew up in
It's hard to save the goodbyes
For the right time
And she left the keys on the bed
Left the love left unsaid
She spent the night in my bed
And I know you got a boyfriend
But I guess it doesn't make sense
When you hold your love above

If my love is not enough
I hope ya find just what you need
I don't where i'll end up
I hope that you end with me
Will you end up with me

Will you end up with me
Will you end up with me

Cause if U are half of us
And E is half of we
Then I am in the front
And L-O-V is in between

She doesn't have the heart
To say she's not alright
She doesn't have the will
To speak what's on her mind
She doesn't have the time
To stay in bed
(oh so good)
But she always got a way to confuse my head
She doesn't have a reason or rhyme
She doesn't have a dream
If she only had the guts to spill
She'd never have to watch her love
Get up and leave

If my love is not enough
I hope ya find just what you need
I don't know where i'll end up
I hope that you end up wth me
Will you end up with me
Will you end up with me

Cause if U are half of us
And E is half of we
Then i am in the front
And L-O-V is in between

We were hanging around
She showed me the town
She grew up in
We never saved the goodbyes
For the right times

If my love is not enough
(if my love is not enough)
I hope you find just what you need
(find just watch you need girl)
I don't know where i'll end up
(know where i'll end up)
I hope that you end up with me
Are you gonna end up with me x4

Yeah
I'm just saying you could do better
I'm just saying you could do better

blackbear

blackbear is the stage name of LA-based producer and singer-songwriter Mat Musto, popularly known for co-writing Justin Bieber’s “Boyfriend,” in 2012. Some of his first collaborations were with the likes of Pharrell Williams, MGK, and Childish Gambino. Later, Musto reinvented himself—he coined the name blackbear from a previous EP titled Year of the Blackbear. Under his new name, he started leaning more towards rapping and an R&B-oriented style.

His first mixtape Sex included collaborations with his peers James Blake, Maejor Ali, and “Boyfriend” co-writer Mike Posner. The Afterglow followed in 2014.

In 2015, blackbear released “idfc,” as the lead single from his debut album Deadroses. It increased his fan following and revenue, earning him millions of playback streams and a spot on Billboard’s Uncharted List of Undiscovered and Upcoming Artists. The second single, “90210,” included a feature from G-Eazy—blackbear made an appearance in his 2014 track, “Remember You.”
