Di persimpangan Menatap berdua
Ombak yang coba pecahkan
Karang cinta kita
Palingkan rasa Silaunya dunia
Hati kecil coba nyanyikan
Suara kedamaian
Bahagia sejati...
Reff:
Jalan kita masih panjang
Masih ada waktu tersisa
Coba kuatkan dirimu
Jangan berhenti disini
Beri satu kesempatan
Cinta suci berbicara
Waktu 'kan mengilhami
Kedewasaan hatimu
Resapi jejakku Ikuti langkahku
Tegar meski harus merangkak
Ringankan bebanmu
Bantu kamu melangkah
Back to Reff:
Di persimpangan hatiku hatimu
Singkirkan duri yang ada
Satukan dalam hati
Kita jalani semua berdua
Back to Reff:

Dewa 19

More commonly known as Dewa (and for a time, Down Beat), Dewa 19 was considered by some to be one of Indonesia’s biggest rock acts. Formed in 1986, the band would go through a number of lineup changes – and the occasional name change, due in part to the original inspiration for the band’s moniker being derived from the founder’s names – but they maintained their momentum and by 2008 had released a fair number of albums, nearly ten full-lengths, a pair of compilations, and some live work, and built a fanbase that was formidable, to say the least.

Their first album, Dewa 19 (the 19 referring to the ages of the founding members at the time of naming the band), released in 1992, was a huge hit, winning the band Best Newcomers and Most Popular Album at the 1993 BASF Awards. While drummers came and went, along with some other roster changes, Dewa 19 pressed ever forward, releasing Format Masa Depan in 1994, and Terbaik Terbaik in 1997. 1999 would see Dewa 19 close out the decade with a hits compilation, The Best of Dewa 19.
