Disini aku coba untuk bertahan
Menjaga utuhnya cintaku cintamu
Mencoba melawan ombak yang meretakkan
Teguhnya janji untuk tetap setia... Padamu

Akupun tak pernah mengerti semua
Mengapa godaan tetap saja ada
Semua mungkin hanya singgah dan cepat berlalu
Tapi hatiku hanya untuk dirimu... Selalu

Reff:
Aku, mungkin Hanya manusia biasa
Tapi, pasti Diriku tetap milikmu
Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh...
Milikmu... Selamanya (Selama - lamanya)

Kuharap jangan pernah untuk merasa
Diriku selalu mencari godaan
Semua mungkin hanya singgah dan cepat berlalu
Tapi hatiku hanya untuk dirimu... Selalu
Pasti kusebrangi 'Tuk tambatkan perahu
Back to Reff:

Jangan... Pernah tinggalkan diriku saat ini
Kumohon singkirkan perasaan takutmu
Kuindahkanmu... Masih ada...
Waktu 'tuk mematangkan lagi
Membersihkan jiwa... Ku lagi...
Oh... 'tuk siapkan... Masa depan kita
Back to Reff:

Disini aku coba untuk bertahan
Menjaga utuhnya cintaku cintamu
Semua mungkin hanya singgah dan cepat berlalu
Tapi hatiku hanya untuk dirimu... Selalu

Dewa 19

More commonly known as Dewa (and for a time, Down Beat), Dewa 19 was considered by some to be one of Indonesia’s biggest rock acts. Formed in 1986, the band would go through a number of lineup changes – and the occasional name change, due in part to the original inspiration for the band’s moniker being derived from the founder’s names – but they maintained their momentum and by 2008 had released a fair number of albums, nearly ten full-lengths, a pair of compilations, and some live work, and built a fanbase that was formidable, to say the least.

Their first album, Dewa 19 (the 19 referring to the ages of the founding members at the time of naming the band), released in 1992, was a huge hit, winning the band Best Newcomers and Most Popular Album at the 1993 BASF Awards. While drummers came and went, along with some other roster changes, Dewa 19 pressed ever forward, releasing Format Masa Depan in 1994, and Terbaik Terbaik in 1997. 1999 would see Dewa 19 close out the decade with a hits compilation, The Best of Dewa 19.
