Songwriter: Charli XCX

[Verse 1]
Sicker than the illest
Baby boy, you always kill it
It is razor sharp or crystal cut
Storming like a diamond in the rough, rough
We were always on another level
But now it feels like we are up in Heaven
Stars are flying, skies are opening now
Yeah, we'll always be together

[Pre-Chorus]
How you doing what you do to me, do to me?
How you doing what you do to me, do to me, baby?
How you doing what you do to me, do to me?
How you doing what you do to me, do to me?

[Chorus]
I'll be full of thunder
(What you do to me?)
Like a spectrum shining
(What you do to me?)
Struck me with your lightning
(What you do to me, do to me, do to me?)
(Baby, what you do to me?)

[Verse 2]
Better than the others
Introduce you to my mother
She gon' like you, yeah, I know she will
You're the sweetest like a sugar pill, pill
Hangin' out in your Mercedes Benz
I'ma ride with you until the end
Hit the gas, we're burnin' up like fire
Yeah you always take me higher

[Pre-Chorus]
How you doing what you do to me, do to me?
How you doing what you do to me, do to me, baby?
How you doing what you do to me, do to me?
How you doing what you do to me, do to me?

[Chorus]
I'll be full of thunder
(What you do to me?)
Like a spectrum shining
(What you do to me?)
Struck me with your lightning
(What you do to me, do to me, do to me?)
(Baby, what you do to me?)

Charli XCX

Charlotte Emma Aitchison (born 2 August 1992), known professionally as Charli XCX, is an English singer-songwriter known for her eclectic style. She began making music at fourteen, and her debut release was a 2008 limited-edition album aptly titled 14.

By 2010, Charli signed to Atlantic Records, and released her debut single “Stay Away” in May 2011. She released her “real” debut album, True Romance, in 2013. The record met critical acclaim but failed to attain much commercial success. Charli’s true breakthrough came with the release of hit collaborations like Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy” and Icona Pop’s “I Love It.”

In April 2014, Charli found solo success with “Boom Clap,” which was featured on the soundtrack of The Fault in Our Stars. It’s now certified triple platinum in the United States and gold in her native United Kingdom. Her sophomore album, Sucker, was a pop-punk oriented effort and enjoyed more success than her debut. “Break The Rules,” “Doing It” (featuring Rita Ora), and “Famous” all performed well on the UK singles chart.
