[Intro: RoZe]
You're no hero, so don't act like it
And please don't treat me like I'm your sidekick
'Cause I watch TV, I see how life is
And it's not easy, but still I'm right here
Screaming, "I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, yeah"
My nigga, I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, I'm good

[Chorus: RoZe]
You're no hero, so don't act like it
And please don't treat me like I'm your sidekick
'Cause I watch TV, I see how life is
And it's not easy, but still I'm right here
Screaming, "I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, yeah" (yeah)
My nigga, I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, yeah" (yeah)

[Verse 1: Abstract]
Coming up to me like, "You still makin' music, man?"
Ask them kind questions; shouldn't even shake your hand
Thought you were the homie, still don't know me—it’s so evident
Two million fucking views and growing, follow my accomplishments
I mean, 'cause I do work my ass off
Back up in the game like my vocals got they cast off
All I've been is cast off by those who seem to lack heart
Tryna give the world some hope, so through the dark I'll cast art
Hope it lights the way
Brightens your yesterday
Life's been dark and y'all can see I've had a lot to say
Few friends have been supportive, you can tell by how I word it
So bein' 'round that energy, I feel I can afford it
Talking 'bout "I need direction"
Son, well, where is yours?
I've had mine, and it's the only thing that I've been working toward
And I built it from the floor
Y'all don't seem to help no more
CSR, the movement, 'cause the internet's one open door

[Chorus: RoZe]
You're no hero, so don't act like it
And please don't treat me like I'm your sidekick
'Cause I watch TV, I see how life is
And it's not easy, but still I'm right here
Screaming, "I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, yeah" (yeah)
My nigga, I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, yeah" (yeah)

[Verse 2: Abstract]
What I mean to say is y'all ain't been about the dream
Even back in highschool, y'all weren't really 'bout the team
To those who were, you know I know
And your support means everything
'Bout to prove
Come from anywhere and become anything
That you can take whatever you love and make it everything
What would part is bigger than us?
We made it everything
You know it's because I wear my worth like a wedding ring
Stickin' to my craft, put honesty above everything
'Cause I ain't been perfect, but at least I got a purpose
Risin' stars in my contact list, we hit beats and we merk shit
Conversations with the greatest
Can't wait to say I made it
Shouts to those who say I helped 'em get through hard times, you my favorite
Shouts to channels that upload me
And the haters that can blow me
And shouts out to a world and system you won't see control me
Blogs that show me love and friends who love what we does
Everyone who sees us hitting the top before it comes

[Chorus: RoZe]
You're no hero, so don't act like it
And please don't treat me like I'm your sidekick
'Cause I watch TV, I see how life is
And it's not easy, but still I'm right here
Screaming, "I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, yeah" (yeah)
My nigga, I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, yeah" (yeah)

[Outro: RoZe]
You're no hero, so don't act like it
And please don't treat me like I'm your sidekick
'Cause I watch TV, I see how life is
And it's not easy, but still I'm right here
Screaming, "I'm good"

Abstract

Growing up in New Jersey, Luke Terkovich, otherwise known as Abstract, was involved with music at an early age. Learning how to play piano, electric guitar, and the drums were Luke’s first involvement with music — and he did it all before 6th grade. With a move across country from New Jersey to Jackson, Wyoming, the distance between learning and playing new instruments got larger. It wasn’t until several years later that Luke began to mess around with freestyling during his high school years spent at Jackson Hole High. Evolving his newly found musical expression into Raised in Jackson, WY, Abstract is known for his immense musical versatility and affinity for providing uplifting music for a turbulent world. With a knack for storytelling, he provides introspective motivation to all who take the time to dive into his work. Notably known for his remix of Ruth Bs Lost Boy “Neverland” which has garnered hundreds of millions of plays on YouTube, his work with Drumma Battalion and Roze, and his 2016 album Something to Write Home About. He heads a collective known as “A Team Worldwide” 5 musicians from 4 different countries. Producers Drumma Battalion of Norway, Blulake of Sweden, Cryo Music of Scotland, and Abstract. Coming off his first overseas tour with YONAS, the ATWW collective is gearing up to drop Abstracts new album/experience late summer 2018.writing detailed lyrics, he began to find that he could vent the stresses of his everyday life through creating music. Slowly progressing through the years of his new town where he calls home; balancing school, life, and music developed Luke to become Abstract.

Trying to find his sound was a young teenager who just looked to get something written down and then translated into music, and eventually rap. Still in his caterpillar stage of metamorphosis was a young Abstract who released his first ever collection of songs, properly named The Dream.

In 2012, through YouTube, Abstract met Craig McAllister, a producer from Glasgow, Scotland. During that period, Abstract was in the midst of working on On My Own Time and was the first time Craig showed up with Abstract. Afterwards, the duo started to mesh extremely well and produced the five projects, Under Lights & Microscopes, A Life To Live By, Dreaming With Eyes Open, The Science Of Feeling Tall, and We Are The Artist.
