[Verse 1: Abstract]
Dreams that I had headed uncharted
Soul intact, but I was so broken-hearted
Found Abstract that the dreams that he guarded
Now the other day, steady working our hardest
I'm doing somethin' no one they ain't ever known or done
So who is how to expect and know that I was the one?
Started at the cross and fuck it all now we on the run
If anything I've done, hope I'm proof you can be anyone
So go uncharted, go outside while you're welcome
If they try and tell you no, go and give 'em hell, son
'Cause they gonna believe someday
They only start to get it right after the world has pressed play
And yes, I have days when I want to quit
Say, "Fuck the message that I have, they don't get this shit"
They don't see that it's everything we've ever dreamed
"I need to succeed" rises above our own need to breathe

[Chorus]
No words, my tears won't make any room for more
And it don't hurt like anything I've ever felt before
This is no broken heart
No familiar scars
This territory goes uncharted

[Verse 2: Mitch Transue]
Yeah
No GPS, no maps to follow
Just rhymes that I'm sendin' like a message in a bottle
Nah, nah, nah, it ain't 'bout the money
It's about the art, and they can never buy that from me
Yeah, made some records tryna get spins
On the local rap station and they didn't even listen
Fuck it, I'm done; I'm doin' it my own way now
And now I'm poppin', they wanna act like they know me now
But didn't even know my name or pay me no mile
When I was tryin' give 'em my demo with all of my rhymes, but
Fuck it, it's a part of the come-up
And I'd rather work to make it than succeed off of dumb luck
Yup, yup, you got me
I know they watchin'
I'm breakin' out of the box but still fightin' like I mock you
"Lame ass motherfucker," that's what other rappers callin' me
Funny how they say that though I know they still follow me

[Chorus]
No words, my tears won't make any room for more
And it don't hurt like anything I've ever felt before
This is no broken heart
No familiar scars
This territory goes uncharted

[Verse 3: Abstract]
Yeah, alright
Nowadays got a couple of dimes
Couple a rhymes, feel like I been lost in my mind
That's a life for the crime, and I'm makin' it mine
When I started out rappin', yo, they wasn't behind
To the idea of makin' it happen, they wasn't too kind
They used to put my lights out, now they want 'em in lime
Finally gettin' heard, listeners around the world
I'm a diamond out the rough, probably pissin' 'round your girl
And it's so, so true
And this feelin' that I'm gettin', damn, is so, so new
And I'd be lyin' if I said that from the start you knew
But it's hard to dismantle a bomb, know you too
Since I'm bound to blow up
With the flow so sick emetophobiacs throw up
They call me crazy; nah, I'm what you made me
The hatin' don't matter, this the A-Team, baby

[Outro]
No words, my tears won't make any room for more
And it don't hurt like anything I've ever felt-felt, yeah
La, la, la, la-a-a-a
Ooh
La, la, la, la-a-a-a
Mmmm
No words
My tears won't make any room for more
And it don't hurt like anything I've ever felt-felt before

Abstract

Growing up in New Jersey, Luke Terkovich, otherwise known as Abstract, was involved with music at an early age. Learning how to play piano, electric guitar, and the drums were Luke’s first involvement with music — and he did it all before 6th grade. With a move across country from New Jersey to Jackson, Wyoming, the distance between learning and playing new instruments got larger. It wasn’t until several years later that Luke began to mess around with freestyling during his high school years spent at Jackson Hole High. Evolving his newly found musical expression into Raised in Jackson, WY, Abstract is known for his immense musical versatility and affinity for providing uplifting music for a turbulent world. With a knack for storytelling, he provides introspective motivation to all who take the time to dive into his work. Notably known for his remix of Ruth Bs Lost Boy “Neverland” which has garnered hundreds of millions of plays on YouTube, his work with Drumma Battalion and Roze, and his 2016 album Something to Write Home About. He heads a collective known as “A Team Worldwide” 5 musicians from 4 different countries. Producers Drumma Battalion of Norway, Blulake of Sweden, Cryo Music of Scotland, and Abstract. Coming off his first overseas tour with YONAS, the ATWW collective is gearing up to drop Abstracts new album/experience late summer 2018.writing detailed lyrics, he began to find that he could vent the stresses of his everyday life through creating music. Slowly progressing through the years of his new town where he calls home; balancing school, life, and music developed Luke to become Abstract.

Trying to find his sound was a young teenager who just looked to get something written down and then translated into music, and eventually rap. Still in his caterpillar stage of metamorphosis was a young Abstract who released his first ever collection of songs, properly named The Dream.

In 2012, through YouTube, Abstract met Craig McAllister, a producer from Glasgow, Scotland. During that period, Abstract was in the midst of working on On My Own Time and was the first time Craig showed up with Abstract. Afterwards, the duo started to mesh extremely well and produced the five projects, Under Lights & Microscopes, A Life To Live By, Dreaming With Eyes Open, The Science Of Feeling Tall, and We Are The Artist.
