[Intro]
(Right back)

[Chorus]
Livin' to do great things
Born no one, we can die kings
Don't plan on fallin' short of that
That's a fact, had to get it, I'ma bring it right back (right back)
Destined to be on top
Hold it down till my world stop
Don't plan on fallin' short of that
That's a fact, had to get it, I'ma bring it right back

[Verse 1]
Tryna bench out, bring it back
Flights touchdown like quarterback
They say I got a buzz, tryna find where the hunny at
Everyone your cuz when it's you where the money at
Nobody here, yes, they decide where it's sunny at
Stay with a couple tats, I line on my aftermath
And yeah, I'm back in class, took right after I'm done with math
Homie, I'm stoney as cavemen caved in a hunk of labs
Stay close to your homies; don't know me
Watch where you settin' traps
I ain't into phonies, don't snow me
I'm quick on catchin' rats
Target under attack
I'm tryna get on the map
Tryna live in the lights, a life that I never had
Too many Walters be white, gotta keep Breaking Bad
Tryna show up, they know us
And know it's no questions after that
Tryna show up and blow up and bring the homies right after that
I know it's been lonely to know me, but know we finally back
To the homies: I go and get it, no question, and bring it back

[Chorus]
Livin' to do great things
Born no one, we can die kings
Don't plan on fallin' short of that
That's a fact, had to get it, I'ma bring it right back (right back)
Destined to be on top
Hold it down till my world stop
Don't plan on fallin' short of that
That's a fact, had to get it, I'ma bring it right back (right back)

[Bridge]
Bring it right back (right back)
I'ma bring it right back (right back)
Don't plan on fallin' short of that
That's a fact, had to get it, I'ma bring it right back (right back)

[Verse 2]
They said I'd never be
What I said they couldn't see
I'm sayin' you gotta dream
'Cause only recently I see the world becomes what you believe
Do it like Nike do, earn stripes like Adidas do
They say the road's rough, good thing I got my Super Boots
Bitch, I'm on top of it as the kicks drivin' all your moves
And if you was wonderin', this the part where I [run?] the shoes
Followin' followers 'cause you can't get a lead
Borrow from borrowers all the think you believe
Dollars on dollars for validation of needs
Dollars on dollars to validate a degree
You don't need none of that, you gotta think for yourself
Write a history worthy of bein' grabbed from the shelf
No help gon' help unless you go help yourself
You write your own story, man, fuck everyone else

[Bridge]
'Cause when the lights go out
And the show's all over
Just you and your thoughts
Really, what were you known for?
Did you build an empire?
Or strike one down?
Were you the one in the chapel?
Or the one in the [gallow?]
Did you really say what you had to say?
Did you really try to save what could really be saved?
Did you really just live to day by day?
No fuel to the fire when we need that change
No words to be citin' when we need that page
Dreamin' started, needin' fightin' when I hit that age
And that's what I'll be forever
A symbol to the world that you ain't ever gotta settle, go!

[Chorus]
Livin' to do great things
Born no one, we can die kings
Don't plan on fallin' short of that
That's a fact, had to get it, I'ma bring it right back (right back)
Destined to be on top
Hold it down till my world stop
Don't plan on fallin' short of that
That's a fact, had to get it, I'ma bring it right back (right back)

Abstract

Growing up in New Jersey, Luke Terkovich, otherwise known as Abstract, was involved with music at an early age. Learning how to play piano, electric guitar, and the drums were Luke’s first involvement with music — and he did it all before 6th grade. With a move across country from New Jersey to Jackson, Wyoming, the distance between learning and playing new instruments got larger. It wasn’t until several years later that Luke began to mess around with freestyling during his high school years spent at Jackson Hole High. Evolving his newly found musical expression into Raised in Jackson, WY, Abstract is known for his immense musical versatility and affinity for providing uplifting music for a turbulent world. With a knack for storytelling, he provides introspective motivation to all who take the time to dive into his work. Notably known for his remix of Ruth Bs Lost Boy “Neverland” which has garnered hundreds of millions of plays on YouTube, his work with Drumma Battalion and Roze, and his 2016 album Something to Write Home About. He heads a collective known as “A Team Worldwide” 5 musicians from 4 different countries. Producers Drumma Battalion of Norway, Blulake of Sweden, Cryo Music of Scotland, and Abstract. Coming off his first overseas tour with YONAS, the ATWW collective is gearing up to drop Abstracts new album/experience late summer 2018.writing detailed lyrics, he began to find that he could vent the stresses of his everyday life through creating music. Slowly progressing through the years of his new town where he calls home; balancing school, life, and music developed Luke to become Abstract.

Trying to find his sound was a young teenager who just looked to get something written down and then translated into music, and eventually rap. Still in his caterpillar stage of metamorphosis was a young Abstract who released his first ever collection of songs, properly named The Dream.

In 2012, through YouTube, Abstract met Craig McAllister, a producer from Glasgow, Scotland. During that period, Abstract was in the midst of working on On My Own Time and was the first time Craig showed up with Abstract. Afterwards, the duo started to mesh extremely well and produced the five projects, Under Lights & Microscopes, A Life To Live By, Dreaming With Eyes Open, The Science Of Feeling Tall, and We Are The Artist.
