[Verse 1]
So we just hit the studio
Get a little dro and we bustin' out a couple flows
Finishin' the mixtape, feelin' that we gettin' close
'Bouta get heard from east to west coast
We can feel that we really about to get it
Versal appeal, it spreadin' with that, spill it
They ain't into the real shit I give 'em when I deal it
That's word to my lifestyle, gotta feel this
'Cause everything I do been true
New-new, same shoes
Chillin' with the same crew
Break rules, smash rules
'Cause ain't much to do
So I stay up in the lab, dreams I pursue
Out here buildin' tracks like a railroad
Givin' the game what it lacks, never fallin' down, Jones
Nowadays rappers come up lookin' like the next clone
Talkin' 'bout how they the ones who 'bout to take over the throne
Yo, back to reality
Lately I've been daydreamin' sporadically
I'm walkin' down the streets and girls run up and back at me
Hear a little gigglin', guess they were laughin' at me
So I turned to take a glance and see
Eye candy to me, more than beauty times three
Kind of girl you would usually only meet in a dream
Couldn't really believe when she said to me

[Chorus]
Hey, I just met you, and this is crazy
But here's my number, so call me maybe
It's hard to look right at you, baby
But here's my number, so call me maybe
Hey, I just met you, and this is crazy
But here's my number, so call me maybe
And all the other boys try to chase me
But here's my number, so call me maybe

[Verse 2]
She said, "Do you wanna come over?
We can get a cook in, no Russell Stover"
Feelin' lucky, was she lookin'? No four-leaf clovers
Surprise way, she took me in spot from over
Yeah, I could be down, come a little closer
We can get it hotter than forest in Colorado
Life like Twitter, all the bitches wanna follow
Interact today, they don't mention me tomorrow
And this game's so funny
Rappers with no sense still makin' all the money
I'm about to switch that share with you, honey
Success mismatched, take it from me
Yeah, I don't really get it
But I'm goin' everyday, so I don't really stress it
Think they startin' to really know who the best is
Killin' way too many beats, I should be arrested
Got 'em sayin' wild
What up, Carly Rae Jepsen?
How you doin', girl?
Maybe I could have your next kids
Just playin', girl
Don't you know what kiddin' is?
But it's all good
If you with this shit
'Cause we get it poppin'
And you gave me your number, so it ain't really an option
Could probably do it again if I said I lost it
Don't play no games, I know you want to go out then
'Cause I'm just that dude
I don't mean to be rude, it's just my attitude
And it's all up to you, tell me what you want to go do
But girl, just in case, I got somethin' to say to you

Abstract

Growing up in New Jersey, Luke Terkovich, otherwise known as Abstract, was involved with music at an early age. Learning how to play piano, electric guitar, and the drums were Luke’s first involvement with music — and he did it all before 6th grade. With a move across country from New Jersey to Jackson, Wyoming, the distance between learning and playing new instruments got larger. It wasn’t until several years later that Luke began to mess around with freestyling during his high school years spent at Jackson Hole High. Evolving his newly found musical expression into Raised in Jackson, WY, Abstract is known for his immense musical versatility and affinity for providing uplifting music for a turbulent world. With a knack for storytelling, he provides introspective motivation to all who take the time to dive into his work. Notably known for his remix of Ruth Bs Lost Boy “Neverland” which has garnered hundreds of millions of plays on YouTube, his work with Drumma Battalion and Roze, and his 2016 album Something to Write Home About. He heads a collective known as “A Team Worldwide” 5 musicians from 4 different countries. Producers Drumma Battalion of Norway, Blulake of Sweden, Cryo Music of Scotland, and Abstract. Coming off his first overseas tour with YONAS, the ATWW collective is gearing up to drop Abstracts new album/experience late summer 2018.writing detailed lyrics, he began to find that he could vent the stresses of his everyday life through creating music. Slowly progressing through the years of his new town where he calls home; balancing school, life, and music developed Luke to become Abstract.

Trying to find his sound was a young teenager who just looked to get something written down and then translated into music, and eventually rap. Still in his caterpillar stage of metamorphosis was a young Abstract who released his first ever collection of songs, properly named The Dream.

In 2012, through YouTube, Abstract met Craig McAllister, a producer from Glasgow, Scotland. During that period, Abstract was in the midst of working on On My Own Time and was the first time Craig showed up with Abstract. Afterwards, the duo started to mesh extremely well and produced the five projects, Under Lights & Microscopes, A Life To Live By, Dreaming With Eyes Open, The Science Of Feeling Tall, and We Are The Artist.
